Letter to Dear Geek – what does BT Infinity actually mean?
Dear Geek,
Just read your blog post from March re Whitstable broadband speed. I moved here 18 months ago from Ramsgate where my speed was around 3Mbp and here on Mariners View it’s around 0.7Mbp on average, so very slow!

It’s difficult to avoid the ads for BT Infinity at the moment. Those 3 rather mature undergrad students sharing a house and tales of broadband woe crop up everywhere.
Disgraceful! BT change their Business Broadband terms and conditions.
This morning I received an email from BT Business Broadband informing me of some changes to their terms and conditions. Pretty typical email that most people would ignore. For some reason I decided to read it and now I’m fuming!
